The basic economics of the „Law of Supply and Demand„ applies to real estate sales as well as the other parts of the economy.
That is why home prices are have shown a slight increase this month. The supply of homes in the area has gone down and therefore we are seeing an increase in Values. The number of foreclosures has gone down and there are fewer homes on the market. The market is certainly not any where near what it was in the 2000-2004 years but we are seeing some signs of improvement... read more
