I contacted Suzanne's office a number of years ago as a cold call and she happened to answer the phone. We had a rental home in the Pasadena Hills area of St. Louis that we wanted to sell. Little did each of us know we were embarking on a journey that would take several years.
The real estate market in the area was depressed and after several months of slow sale activity we decided to rent the property. Suzanne found us a great couple who were ideal tenants for about five years. Suzanne handled the lease transaction and subsequent renewals for us for what seemed little compensation. When the lease expired we decided to explore a sale of the property again. After the great service we had gotten from Suzanne we wanted only her to list the property for sale.

As a first-time homebuyer and a lifetime haver of anxiety, I entered into the process of purchasing a house with an unnerving amount of questions, stress, and preconceived notions about "How to Buy a Home."
I randomly called Suzanne on a Saturday morning to request a showing at a place in Dogtown and—to my surprise—she made herself available to see the home that afternoon. She met us right on time, joined me for the initial turn around the room to point out highlights and pitfalls, and promptly told me that I could do better.
I had no idea! That there were homes—much, much nicer homes—that could suit both my budget and my lifestyle had not once crossed my inexperienced mind. There had to be a tradeoff, right?
"Wrong," said Suzanne. "We're going to find the place that's right for you and we aren't going to settle." And so began our two-month whirlwind affair with every available property in the city under 200 grand. We climbed harrowing stairs, scoped out spider-infested garages, stood in horror-movie-approved attic spaces, and met at all hours of the day. Suzanne was up for anything, knew about everything, and always took the time to meet me when my schedule allowed. From February through May, I talked to Suzanne on the phone more than I talked to my blood relatives and I gotta be honest, sometimes I preferred it!
Suzanne encouraged and empowered me to feel confident in my decision. At every home we discussed positives, potential, and price, and if they didn't line up we moved on. So when we found the perfect one—and I say "we" because it would have been impossible without Suzanne—we both knew it. I closed in May and haven't regretted the decision once, which is more than I can say about 99 percent of the choices I make on a daily basis.

All may not be aware that Zillow provides the final closing sales price, void of specifics for previous sales (e.g., sales price inclusive of closing cost paid by the seller for the buyer).
Also, Zillow does not note if a purchaser paid for a repair above the recent sale price in order for the home to close without being subject to a mechanic lien.
On the day, my husband and I purchased our new home, if it had not been for Suzanne’s caring more about her clients than her 6% commission, closing would not have occurred.
Properties do not always appraise for the amount that the collective parties involved in a real estate sales transaction would like. Not for sellers wanting to move on, agents only thinking about 6%, and purchasers who would like the sales price to include closing cost.

Has been my realtor for 6 months now. Has been extremely unprofessional and lacks knowledge of deal making. She gives only bits and pieces of info and I can assure you she is looking out for herself and herself only.I can promise you if you do decide to use her as your agent she is not worthy of such a decision. Thank god the process is now over and I assure you had I not been in a contract with her I would have fired her long ago. Look at price of home when I bought it 3 yrs ago. I hire her to sell it 3 yrs later and I lose money!!!! She was late to open houses, constantly fed me bad info, and most importantly she is unethical. Stay away..... Do your homework. This is why she has very listings and again is only concerned about making her 6%..
